Anonymous I sent an email to exchange my item as well as click the "contact us" button on the website to exchange my item for a larger size, if available, or to do a return and no one has contacted me about the issue on either platform. As per the website, it also says you cannot return the item if I do not let the company know. This is poor customer service all around and at this point I am ready to return my item and get a full refund.
